By subscribing to Cadence Premier Logistics and Cadence Premier Cargo SMS messages, you agree to receive SMS notifications related to our services.
Message Types: Service updates, shipment and account notifications, offers, announcements and other relevant logistics communications.
Message Frequency: Varies based on service activity and customer engagement. You can expect to receive 2-4 messages per week.
Data Charges: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms and conditions.

Rates and Payment Terms
The Customer agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information about the Goods.
Ensure proper packaging and labeling of Goods.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Customer Obligations
Company Liability: The Company's liability for loss or damage to Goods is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the Goods or $100 per shipment, unless a higher value is declared and additional charges are paid.
Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or labor disputes.
Liability and Limitations
Insurance
The Company does not provide insurance coverage for Goods. Customers are advised to obtain their own insurance.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Customer in writing.
Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
