Driver Recruiter

Source & Contact Drivers – Identify and reach out to qualified CDL-A drivers via job boards, referrals, and industry networks.

  • Screen Candidates – Conduct initial interviews to assess experience, qualifications, and job fit.

  • Manage Applications – Track and organize driver applications, ensuring all required documents are submitted.

  • Coordinate Hiring Process – Schedule interviews, communicate job offers, and assist with onboarding.

  • Maintain Relationships – Engage with drivers to build a talent pipeline and address hiring needs.

  • Ensure Compliance – Verify licenses, endorsements, and other DOT requirements.

Claims Specialist

  • Handle cargo & liability claims
